Description
The County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants (individual firms or teams of consultants) to assist the County with the development of a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) that updates and combines the County’s Zoning Ordinance, Land Development Regulations and other land development-related ordinances to conform with the 2024 Land Use Element of the County’s Comprehensive Plan.
