Geofence and Analytics Tool

James City County, (“the County”), is requesting information from vendors for a software tool designed to assist in understanding and analyzing movement and crowd behavior within our community. The RFI is being issued to:

Determine the level of market interest;

a)Obtain information on potential new technologies or approaches;

b)Obtain recommendations that would enhance the success of a future procurementopportunity for this project;

c)Obtain high-level cost estimates for planning and budget purposes; and

d)Provide the industry with an opportunity to comment on the potential procurement opportunity.
