Description:

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking Proposals for genomics devices, services and supplies, for use in our cancer genetics and genomics laboratory.

Some of the general devices we are interested in are listed below.

  1. Single Cell Sequencing Platform
  2. Next Generation Sequencer
  3. Spatial Transcriptomics / Profiling
  4. Liquid Handling System
  5. Laser Fluorescent Scanner
  6. Robotic Workstation
  7. Electrophoresis and Purification Systems
  8. Microscopes
  9. Flow Cytometers

We are also interested in service and supplies for our existing equipment listed below.

  • 10XGenomics Chromuium iX/X
  • 10XGenomics CytAssist
  • 10XGenomics Xenium
