Genola Public Works Building Construction

Project Description: The town of Genola, Utah is requesting bids for the construction of a new steel structure public works building with a footprint of approximately 6,000 sq. ft. A second-floor level will be constructed over a portion of the main level. The total square footage of the main and second floor will be approximately 7,400 sq. ft. The main level will have two public bathrooms, an office, break room, a personnel bathroom and shower, and four vehicle bays. The second floor will be an open area for storage. The construction site is approximately 74 West 800 South, Genola, UT. The construction activities will include all excavation, utilities, septic system, along with the construction of the building itself. The chosen bidder will be responsible to purchase the steel structure building. Landscaping is not included in this Project. Regardless of what is stated in the U3P (Bonfire) record, all bid submissions must be in accordance with the attached Bid Documents.
