Generator Services (Multi Year)

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the
Generator Services located at March Air Reserve Base, 5237 Air Guard Way, March Air
Reserve Base, CA 92518. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all necessary
materials, labor, equipment, insurance, permits, transportation, and all necessary expenses to
perform Annual and Semi Annual Generator Services. All work shall be in accordance with the
terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be
emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 34995 - DO NOT
OPEN.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/15/2025, at 11:00 AM
at March Air Reserve Base, 5237 Air Guard Way, March Air Reserve Base, CA 92518. Arrive
at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions
to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Lance Paramoure at (951) 655-3248 or
Lance.paramoure@us.af.mil, or Emilio Martinez at (951) 655-3247 or
Emilio.martinez@us.af.mil.
Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire
pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders
who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will
not be allowed to bid on this project.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-10 - Electrical Contractor license, or subcontract
to one.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at
Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 4/22/2025. Email subject lines must
state RFI FOR EVENT# 34995.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be
held on 5/6/2025 at 2:30 PM.
