GENERATOR SERVICE AND REPAIR JOB ORDER CONTRACT

This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations to existing facilities, emergency repairs and new construction, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of completing quarterly preventative maintenance services, performing load bank tests and transfer switch tests on generators, troubleshooting, conducting emergency repair, replacement, and/or system modifications or alterations on generators and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. Contractor to follow Load Test requirements as outlined in the Technical Specifications of Part IV of these bid documents. The work shall be located in the City of Monterey, the Presidio of Monterey (POM), Ord Military Community (OMC), and United States Army Signal Activity Camp Roberts (USASACR).
