The contractor must have certified technicians and possess all adequate tools and equipment to complete each job in a timely manner. Technicians must be available during regular business hours and for on-call services seven (7) days a week. Proposal must include hourly labor rate, overtime labor rate, and any miscellaneous charges. The awarded contractor must include in all their quotes, pro-forma invoices, and final invoices a breakdown of all the charges and material charges must reflect current market rate pricing. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
