Background
Nature and scope of work: The Cambridge Public School’s Facilities Department is seeking Preventative
Maintenance (PM) Services for Emergency Generators located throughout the district. The successful
bidder must provide all labor and material to perform Preventive Maintenance services for emergency
Generators located in Cambridge Public Schools. See attachment A for list of Schools, address and
existing generators. See Attachment B for List of Preventative Maintenance services required.
