PASS ROAD GENERATOR AND INSTALLATION WITH CONSTRUCTION
The Biloxi Housing Authority is hereby soliciting bids for Generator and Installation with
Construction at 2130 Pass Rd, Biloxi, MS 39531. Sealed bids will be received at the
office of the Biloxi Housing Authority at 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 no later
than Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 3:30 pm where at this time and place all bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site on
Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 2:00 pm to provide a project overview and allow
Bidders to ask questions pertaining to the work. This will be the only time the site will be
available for inspection, measurement, and investigation. Bids may be submitted in-
person, courier and/or mailed so they are received by the Owner prior to the bid
deadline date and time to: Amber Pavlov, Biloxi Housing Authority, 330 Benachi
Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. The following must appear on the outside of the sealed Bid
Envelope or Package: "PASS ROAD GENERATOR AND INSTALLATION WITH
CONSTRUCTION IFB#PRG03.26", the Contractor name and MS Certificate of
Responsibility Number. Bid packages may be obtained from Amber Pavlov by calling
228-374-7771 or by emailing a request to the following: apavlov@biloxihousing.org. No
faxed or emailed bids or amendments to bids will be accepted. No bid received after the
deadline time and date will be considered except in accordance with law. The Award will
be made to the lowest responsible Bidder. The Biloxi Housing Authority is an equal

all bids.
