Generator at Button Gwinnett & Taylors Creek #2026-05

The Liberty County School System (the ¿LCSS¿ or the ¿District¿) wishes to announce that we are
requesting Statements of Proposals for the Generator at Button Gwinnett & Taylors Creek RFP 2026-
05, by a firm authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference
will be held on November 19th, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., starting at Button Gwinnett Elementary School in
the Conference Room, located at 635 Taylor Road, Hinesville, Georgia 31313. Offerors are required to
attend.
Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) which outlines the services being solicited and instructions
which describe the submission of the Statement of Proposals (sometimes referred to herein as
¿statement(s)¿ or ¿proposal(s)¿). This cover letter is not a part of the Request for Proposals (RFP) and
information herein is for reference only. All Statements of Proposals should be delivered to the Board of
Education at 200 Bradwell Street, Hinesville, Georgia 31313. The advertising dates for this RFP 2026-05
are October 31, 2025 through December 3rd, 2025. Statements of Proposals will be accepted prior to
10:00 A.M. on December 3rd, 2025, at which time they will be entered into a register which will be
available for public review. If you wish to receive a copy of the register, please enclose a self-addressed
stamped envelope with your Statement of Proposals, and a copy of the register will be mailed to you.
