Description: OSPI seeks a vendor to manage the Generate Application to ensure consistent, efficient, and accurate handling of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) in preparation for Federally required EDFacts reporting. This involves consulting and requirements elicitation with Sponsor/stakeholders, developing ETL code, managing the Generate database Management System, and documentation to produce annual federal reporting and maintenance of the database system and integrity of the data.
