Additional Requirements:
- Secured parking space for fourteen armored vehicles at a weight of 10,500 lbs plus an additional 2,000 lbs for equipment when loaded.
- Space must also allow for one storage container to house ammunitions with dimensions at 98” tall x 96” wide x 86” deep with a door swing at 24” and a weight of 38,540 lbs.
- Agency cannot be located on the first, second, or top floor of any building.
- Parking must be tandem free, on-site, or adjacent to the property free from crossing vehicle traffic.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
