|
The purpose of these specifications is to perform a general reassessment in the City of Hopewell to appraise all properties listed below at their fair market value in money as of January 1, 2025 as stated in the Code of Virginia. The scope of work will only include the parcels of the six (6) largest industrial plants in the City of Hopewell. The scope of work does not include regular maintenance work generated by permits that will be the responsibility of the Assessor’s Office.
It is the intent of the City of Hopewell to hire a qualified MAI Appraiser, in good standing with the Institute of Government, for this assignment.
