RFP 25.26-03 – Banking Services

Notice of Intent to Award

On October 10th, 2025, the City solicited proposals for Banking Services. Five (5) responses were received, and opened on October 31 st , 2025. Two (2) responses were deemed non-responsive and removed from consideration. Following an evaluation of the responses by the Evaluation Committee, the Committee has ranked the qualified and responsive firms as follows:

1. Hancock Whitney Bank

2. Ameris Bank

3. SmartBank

4. ServisFirst Bank (removed from consideration due to not meeting the criteria of the RFP)

5. BankUnited (removed from consideration due to not meeting the criteria of the RFP)

Notice is hereby given that the Committee recommends award of the bid to the two top ranked firms.

The City Commission will consider this recommendation at its regular meeting on December 9, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.

This Notice of Intent to Award is the official notification regarding said selection, and initiates a 72-hour period for protest in accordance with the City’s Purchasing Policy.
