General Maintenance for Orange County Public Health Laboratory (OCPHL) and Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

The County of Orange, (Health Care Agency) , (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for General Maintenance for Orange County Public Health Laboratory (OCPHL) and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) . The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the County and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. The County of Orange Health Care Agency provides health services to many populations in a variety of different settings. General Maintenance is required for various equipment for two (2) Orange County Health Care Agency (HCA) programs: Orange County Public Health Laboratory (OCPHL) and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Orange County Public Health Laboratory (OCPHL) requires a contractor who specializes in on-site preventative maintenance (PM) inspections, repairs, and calibrations of various laboratory instruments.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) has an ongoing requirement for maintenance and services of biomedical devices. as required by the manufacture’s recommendation.

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) contains two separate projects and scopes of work. Bidders may submit a bid for one or both projects. Separate bids must be submitted for each project if you are responding to both. Links to each project are below.
