Summary
Collin County Community College District (“District”) is soliciting competitive sealed bids to establish a term contract for the purchase of General Industrial Merchandise, Supplies, and Equipment on an as-needed basis.
The intent of this contract is to provide a flexible, catalog-based source for commonly used operational, maintenance, and general-purpose goods across the District.
The District reserves the right to award based on the pricing of our top 20 items or the percentage discount as deemed to be the best value by the District. This may be a multi-vendor award and quantities do not constitute an order. For comparison purposes only.
Background
This solicitation will take the place of IFB-4536 (General Retail Merchandise, Supplies, Equipment and Services) which ends July 31, 2026.
