Ensure Technical Mastery of Core Financial Tasks: Train personnel to independently and accurately perform the full spectrum of GFEBS financial management tasks.
- Provide Integrated Remote-First User Support: The Contractor shall provide reliable and responsive remote support as the primary method for all GFEBS training and technical assistance, available to all designated personnel during core business hours. [RB1] All user support requests must be logged in a Government-approved tracking system.
