General Exterior Contracting Services

The City intends to prequalify three (3) to five (5) respondents for eligibility to provide General Exterior Contracting Services at City facilities, including City Hall, Community Operations, and the Fire Station.

For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFSQ Contact” shall be the sole point of contact and will be exclusively designated as follows:

Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the City, other than the RFSQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFSQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent’s response.
Responses shall be submitted exclusively via email to the RFSQ Contact identified in Section 1.2 and outlined below:

Respondents should submit their Proposals in PDF format via email. Please ensure that submission emails are prominently marked in the subject line with the RFP title and number (see RFP cover), with the full legal name of the Respondent.
Proposals should consist of two (2) PDF files;
•        one containing the complete proposal
o        Labeled as 2026-COFAC-RFSQ-029_Proposal_Company Name
•        one containing the pricing table that will be held for the first year of the contract
o        Labeled as 2026- COFAC-RFSQ-029_Pricing_Company Name
