Hampton Roads Sanitation District -HRSD Service Area

Notice is hereby given that the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Proposals from qualified consulting firms (Firm) to provide Professional Services including technical analysis, design services, construction administration services, inspection services, and specialty studies. These services shall be provided for an initial period of one (1) year, and HRSD shall have the option to renew the contract annually for a total period not to exceed four (4) years.All Proposers shall demonstrate prior experience with providing professional services for other municipal organizations. All Proposers shall have a local office within the HRSD service area with sufficient qualified personnel to provide the proposed services. If a selected firm provides preliminary study related services for a project or effort and HRSD subsequently issues a Request for Proposals for Professional Services, then this firm will not be allowed to compete for the final engineering related services for the specific project or effort.*NOTE: Do not respond through eVA.
