General Engineering Consultant Services for 2025-2029 Wayside Power for Substation Renewal, Component Repairs and Circuit

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage an experienced general engineering consultant (“GEC” or “Consultant”) to develop, design, support the procurement of, and provide construction phase services for Design-Bid-Build (“DBB”) projects and a feasibility study for reversible traction power for the MTA C&D Infrastructure Business Unit’s NYCT Wayside Power Program that are scheduled for award in 2026-2029 (each location, a “Project”, and all collectively, the “Projects” or the “Program”).
