General Engineering Consultant and Related Services at Killeen Regional Airport and Skylark Field

CITY OF KILLEEN, TEXAS

The City of Killeen is pleased to present a Request of Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit interest from prospective entities for a General Engineering Consultant and Related Services at Killeen Regional Airport and Skylark Field . All responses will be reviewed to determine qualifications and competence. These services are in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2269.305. Request for qualifications will be accepted electronically though the City’s OpenGov e-bidding site or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N 2nd Street, Bldg. E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until Thursday, June 12, 2025 , at 10:00 am . Submittals shall be plainly marked with the name and address of the Respondent and labeled "Request for Qualifications: RFQ 25-24 , General Engineering Consultant and Related Services at Killeen Regional Airport and Skylark Field ”

Submittals received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

Firms may register and submit qualifications electronically at https://procurement.opengov.com/login .

RFQ questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site ( https://procurement.opengov.com/login ), u ntil 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site. It is the firm’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
