Project Description: General Contractor – The Grove (Lupine Building) – New Construction Only (RFP #26-005)
Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (HAME) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced General Contractors to provide all labor, materials, supervision, and construction services necessary to deliver The Lupine, a new-construction, multi-family affordable housing building within The Grove—a two-building residential affordable housing community being developed in downtown Salt Lake City. The Grove is being developed by HAME and the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC), in partnership with Xylem Projects and Common Grounds Institute (CGI). The Lupine is the second of the two buildings to be built as part of The Grove. This RFP is for the General Contractor for the Lupine Building only.
