Project Description: General Contractor – "The Grove" - Historic Northwest Pipeline Building (Only) (RFP #25-004)(Re-Published)
Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (HAME) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced General Contractors to provide construction services to convert and redevelop the existing Northwest Pipeline Building in Salt Lake City, Utah, into multi-family residential housing along with street front commercial and a semi-public plaza. The Northwest Pipeline Building will be the first of three buildings to be completed at “The Grove,” an exciting new residential affordable housing community by Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (HAME) and the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC), with their partners Xylem Projects and Common Grounds Institute (CGI). This RFP is for the General Contractor for the Northwest Pipeline Building only.
