Summary

On May 16, 2025, a devastating and deadly mile-wide EF-3 tornado produced extensive damage in the City of St. Louis, affecting over 10,000 homes and businesses across ten square miles. The City of St. Louis Building Division is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing general contracting services i.e. hiring, supervising and overseeing subcontractors to perform work on properties in the City for the purpose of protecting the health and safety of the public.
