2024-051 General Contractor Services

The Town of Salem NH is seeking three (3) qualified contractors to provide on-call general contractor services for municipally managed facilities. This request does NOT include schools. The successful Contractor(s) must be registered in NH and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and/or upgrade of building systems in all municipal buildings as needed. The Town is seeking to select three (3) contractors for a preferred short list with expertise in this field  for the following but not limited to:  on call workload needs, typical small and/or planned work,  and may include large scale capital work. This will be a three (3) year contract: 2025-2027.
