The University of British Columbia is seeking the services of qualified and experienced General Contractors Services for the renovation of the Careers Centre office space to create a welcoming, professional, and friendly environment that fosters interaction and learning. This includes optimizing the layout to better meet current needs, enhancing virtual collaboration capabilities, creating effective interview rooms for private conversations, reducing obsolete cabinetry, and reconfiguring the layout to accommodate large employer information sessions. The Career Centre is located at UBC Brock Hall, 1874 East Mall, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z1 (the “Site”).

Proposals must be submitted through the University of British Columbia’s Bonfire portal.
