GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR BOND PROJECT

The Hidalgo Independent School District (“HISD” or “the District”) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified offerors to provide services for the

GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR BOND PROJECT (also referred to as “the Project”) as identified herein.

This Competitive Sealed Proposal (“CSP”) is issued as a single solicitation for the District’s bond construction project consisting of the following components (collectively, the “Project”):

1. Career and Technical Education (CTE) Building

2. Agricultural Barn (FFA) Building; and

3. Sports Center Complex Building

PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2026, AT 2:00 P.M.

Please be advised that the proposal has been extended until April 20, 2026. The proposals are due at 2:00 P.M.

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE:

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 a.m.
