Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide General Contracting Services for Bryan District. General contractor will provide labor, materials and equipment for facility maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to renovations, electrical, commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, waste water systems, masonry, concrete, irrigation, commercial flooring, tree removal/trimming and emergency carpet and room cleaning.
