2024-015 General Consulting Services

The City of Lewiston (City) is soliciting Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services for all City departments. The City will select a qualified consultant for each of the professional service areas listed below for a period of three (3) years.

Qualified Consultants may submit qualifications for one (1) or more professional services listed below as long as the disciplines are clearly stated in the cover letter or letter of transmittal of the Consultant’s response.

• Civil Site Engineering (may include MAINE DOT Locally Administered Projects (LAP)
• Landscape Architecture
• Land Surveying (may include MAINE DOT LAPs)
• Water and Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) compliance
• Wastewater and CSO Compliance/Master Planning
• Stormwater Compliance (MS4) and Watershed Management Planning
• Transportation Engineering (may include MAINE DOT, LAPs)
• Structural Engineering (May include MAINE DOT, LAPs)
• Environmental Site Evaluation and Permitting and Environmental Site Assessments
including water sampling and testing at the Lewiston Landfill
• Geotechnical Services and Materials Testing (may include MAINE DOT, LAPs)
• Solid Waste Facility Engineering
• Construction Management – (may include MAINE DOT, LAPs)
• Architectural Services
