Description:

James City County is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to establish a contract that provide miscellaneous general construction work for renovations, repairs, new construction, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and masonry services for job order contracting on an “as needed and requested” basis as requested by James City County (JCC), James City Service Authority (JCSA), and Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools (WJCC).

Services provided by the contractor shall include but not be limited to the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, tools, testing, transportation, general and administrative cost and all other miscellaneous appurtenances and work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
