Workscope.

Basement - Complete clean out – Removal of all stored items – all debris – all insulation from ceilings - Seal off basement stair door to outside rear door through kitchen area - from inside - All debris to be removed thru the main house – There is No Walk out / Bilko - Include dumpster in bid - Run air scrubber in main living area while work is in progress.

Client is to have gone thru all belongings they desired to keep - Everything left upon work crews arrival is to be removed and disposed of –

Once Cleaned - Complete Mold remediation. Following the Mold Assessment Workscope attached to this bid -

To include , but not limited to - Cleaning of all cement block walls – and wood framing - Biocide all surfaces - and A complete encapsulation of all surfaces in the basement
