A) Purpose and Description of Services
1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, vehicles, machinery, tools, materials, parts, permits, supplies, travel, legal disposal, and incidentals necessary to provide General Building Repair Services to Caltrans.
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, vehicles, machinery, tools, materials, parts, permits, supplies, travel, legal disposal, and incidentals to prep, prime, and paint exterior structures and fencing, replace doors and hardware, and upgrade fencing in District 11 at the Chula Vista Maintenance Station (MS) and Otay Landscape MS in San Diego County.
