General Athletic, PE, Apparel, Supplies & Equipment

The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for General Athletic, PE, Apparel, Supplies and Equipment that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPOSAL WILL REPLACE RFP# 19-126 (A-C) ATHLETIC /PE SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT, WHICH WILL EXPIRE ON JUNE 30, 2024. If you were awarded on RFP #19-126 and wish to continue doing business with Fort Worth ISD, you must complete this proposal. If you were awarded to the Original 24-070, then you do not need to respond, your award notification is still valid.

Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this proposal shall be requested within the eBidding portal no later than 2:00 pm on November 25, 2024.
The period of performance is from Date of Award JUNE 30, 2030. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish a discount from shelf pricing contract. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or shelf price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by more than 150 campuses and departments throughout the city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
