25 002 GEN Loomis Road Sanitary Sewer Replacement Relocation Phase 2 Rebid

The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive bids for Loomis Rd Sanitary Sewer Replacement & Relocation - Phase 2 - Rebid. A pre-bid meeting will be held at CVG Centre, Admin Offices, 77 Comair Blvd., Erlanger, KY 41018 on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 10:00 am. The deadline for questions is 11:59 pm on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, and answers will be posted no later than 11:59 pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025. Bids must be received by Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 2:00 pm. No bids will be accepted after that time unless such date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum issued by KCAB. The Project includes replacement and realignment of the sanitary sewer system on the north side of the airport around Loomis Road. The proposed sanitary sewer includes replacement of some segments in the same alignment as existing and some new segments in a completely new alignment resulting in abandonment of existing. The project will tie existing sanitary sewer lines into the new proposed sewer to result in a completely operational system with a consolidated alignment as shown. The project has one connection to the “Phase 1” portion of this project already under contract.
