Description
Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Ware State Prison Gym Foundation & Stormwater Project in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.
Project Scope: 1. Repair of building foundation for gymnasium building, installation of new gutters and downspouts for gym building to connect to storm drainage system, 2. Repair/installation of new storm drainage structures, including inlets, junction boxes, pipe culverts, outfall structures, riprap basins, ditch maintenance, new sidewalk installation, construction fencing and permanent fencing.
GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide.
