GDC-24-SOSTC-010, Fleet Facility Expansion

Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Fleet Facility Expansion in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.
Brief Description of Project Scope: Subgrade, Base Course, Asphalt Pavement, Reinforced Concrete Pavement, Site work, Storm drainage, Building Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Security Electronics, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
