GDC-24-GDCP-SP-001, Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Roof Replacement

Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Roof Replacement in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.
This project involves the Roofing Replacement at the Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison Administration Building, ensuring compliance with the State of Georgia Building Code requirements. The work will include the installation of a new 60-mil PVC-Kee roof system, patching damaged areas, replacing skylights, installing OSHA-compliant fall protection.
GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
