Gateway Center Security Guard Services

Project Description: The City of Albuquerque (City) owns the Gateway Center, formally the Lovelace Hospital, located at 5400 Gibson Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. The facility is currently occupied by tenant organizations, and four homeless related programs and services. The general overall goal of these programs is to provide individuals access to long-term services designed to reduce the number of people living on the streets.
The City is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide unarmed uniformed security guard services and patrols, both interior and exterior, for its owned and maintained facilities in accordance with the minimum qualifications identified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The City anticipates awarding to one (1) vendor under this RFP.
