Interested firms are required to attend the MANDATORY pre-proposal conference/site walk. Submit a completed (9) Blank CHQ SAFE Visitor Processing Information Form.xlsx to the attention of Mr. Angel Perez, Project Manager, angel.perez@gsa.gov, by 12:00PM EST (noon) on Wednesday, 11/20/2024 for site access.

RFIs from this meeting/site walk are due by 12:00PM EST (noon) on 11/26/2024, to the attention of the Contracting Officer at

This Design-Build project will enhance the pedestrian crossing at Gate 6 and Dorothea Dix Road, SE. Due to the sunken gate and the fence screening, a vehicle exiting the West Campus via Gate 6 may not be visible to pedestrians. The enhancements will raise awareness to pedestrians of approaching vehicles as the pedestrians approach the new marked crosswalk intersecting the outbound and inbound driveways at Gate 6. See Section 2.1 for detailed project requirements.

TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE: See FAR 52.219-6.

REQUIRED BID GUARANTEE: 20% of the Bid Price.

LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $300.00 per day of delay

SITE ACCESS SHEETS must be submitted and received by 12:00 PM EST on 11/14/2024 to the attention of Mr. Angel Perez, PM, at angel.perez@gsa.gov.
