Gate Operator Repair - Stockton, CA

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Gate Operator Repair - Stockton CSMS located at Stockton Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS), 8020 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206.  Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, insurance, permits, transportation and supervision to replace the gate operator and keypad at the Stockton Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS)..  All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 36675 - DO NOT OPEN.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-28 - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices license, or subcontract to one.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson, at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 9/17/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 36675.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 9/22/2025 at 2:00 PM.
