Project Description: Port Houston is seeking to procure 30,000,000 gate interchange tickets for the Barbour’s Cut and Bayport Container Terminals. Gate interchange tickets are a critical operational document used to record the transfer of custody of intermodal equipment entering and exiting the terminals, ensuring accurate documentation of all gate transactions.
