GASOU - Cafeteria/Kitchen Appliances - REPOST

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Cafeteria/Kitchen Appliances to Georgia Southern University (hereinafter, the State Entity), a Unit of the University System of Georgia as further described in this eRFQ.  This RFQ will be awarded to multiple suppliers that are able to agree to requirements addressed in this bid. This contract would be for One (1) Year with Four (4) Optional Yearly Renewals.  This contract would begin as soon as we are able to award it after the protest period. There is no guarantee of the amount of purchases from your company.  This is for Georgia Southern University to have a pool of suppliers we can get quotes from and make purchases on an as needed basis to remain in compliance with state regulations.
The resulting contract will be available for use by other State of Georgia Institutions, Colleges, or other Georgia State Agencies upon approval of the awarded Supplier, the University System of Georgia, and the Department of Administrative services.
Georgia Southern University¿s intent would be to have the ability to purchase any item offered in the Suppliers Catalogs as well as placing special orders for non-stock items as needed. We are seeking percentage off list price you can offer. The discounts and warranty options will be advised at the time a quote is issued. All Equipment and Supplies must be new, commercial grade, and not refurbished or recycled. Also needing suppliers to be able to provide delivery & installation when needed on some appliances that require gas, electric, plumbing hook ups.
Examples of Cafeteria/Kitchen Appliances we are looking to purchase as needed, but not limited to: Ranges/Stoves (Gas & Electric), Holding Cabinets, Warmers, Heat Lamps, Refrigeration, Freezers, Ice Machines, Fryers (Gas & Electric), Steamers, Broilers, Cookers, Waffle Makers, Microwave Ovens, Toasters, Shelving, Storage Racks, Utility Carts, Dollies, Carriers, Work Tables, Sinks,
