Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made as part of the above-named proposal and
contract documents. The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the bid and contract documents.
These items shall have the same force and effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids
to be submitted on the specified bid date, shall conform with the additions, deletions and revisions listed
herein.
ITEM #1 - CORRECTION:
Addendum No. 2 provided incorrect information regarding the required Bid Bonds. Please
disregard the previous answer and refer to the following:
Q1: What are the bond requirements for this bid?
A1: No Bid, Performance, or Payment Bonds are required for this bid. This answer supersedes the
response provided in Addendum No. 2.
