NRL WILL HOST THE SESSION VIA MS TEAMS ON 10/28/2025 FROM 10AM EASTERN TO 12PM EASTERN. THERE WILL BE A BRIEF VIDEO TOUR OF THE BUILDING FOLLOWED BY A Q&A WITH TECHNICAL END USERS AND CONTRACTING DIVISION STAFF. FOLLOWING THE Q&A SESSION THE PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE MAY BE EXTENDED, HOWEVER NRL RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO EXTEND. TO REGISTER FOR THE VIRTUAL TOUR AND Q&A SESSION PLEASE EMAIL THE CONTRACTING POC AT graham.w.fisher.civ@us.navy.mil. IN THE MEANTIME THE PROPOSAL DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 10/31/2025.***
