Description

The City of Covington is accepting bids from qualified contractors for a comprehensive system-wide gas meter changeout. This project involves replacing approximately 9200 residential gas meters.
Sealed bids must be delivered to City Hall, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014, Attn: Scott Cromer no later than 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025. Bids will be opened at 10:15 AM.

A 5% Bid Bond will be required with bid. A Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% will be required from awarded contractor.

The City of Covington reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
