Request for Proposal

Qualified individuals, firms or consortiums are invited to submit a sealed proposal to the Town of Breckenridge (“hereinafter referred to as “TOWN”) to provide consulting services for rehabilitation of the Gary Roberts Water Treatment Plant. The TOWN would like to have the consultant review the previous reports and perform an analysis of existing conditions, analysis of possible improvements, and provide cost opinions of possible improvements to be completed in phases while keeping the water treatment plant operable

A pre-proposal conference will be held at the Gary Roberts Water Treatment Plant, 99 Trapper Pl #97, Blue River, CO 80424, October 21, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. MDT, for the purpose of reviewing the project and responding to questions or clarifications regarding the contents of this RFP. Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference.

This invitation should not be construed as a commitment of any kind on the part of the TOWN, nor does it commit the TOWN to pay for any costs incurred in the submission of a proposal package, nor for any costs incurred prior to the execution of a formal Agreement.

Bidders are advised that the bids are subject to public disclosure under Colorado Law and will not be treated as confidential. All materials submitted become the property of the Town and may be made public in whole or in part at the discretion of the Town with two notable exceptions. Information marked confidential such as trade secrets and references shall be treated as privileged information and confidential commercial information under the Colorado Open Records Law.
