Garnet Valley Mountain View Waterline (Segment C)

Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details:

The Site of the Work begins near the intersection of Apex Power Parkway and Garnet Valley Boulevard, terminating approximately 9,800 linear feet southeast along Apex Power Parkway to Grand Valley Parkway.

The Work consists of installation of approximately 9,819 linear feet of 24-inch diameter ductile iron waterline, fiber optic conduit, and associated appurtenances. Additionally, it includes 735 linear feet of 42-inch steel casing, 39 linear feet of 48-inch steel casing, and a 12-inch by 8-inch

by 2-inch PRV vault assembly, complete with associated appurtenances, electrical, and piping. NV Energy 4-inch conduit and pull boxes will also be installed as part of this Contract. Other components of the Work include pavement removal and replacement, grading, final soil stabilization, construction of a maintenance access path, concrete cut off walls, rip rap, traffic and dust control measures, and all other appurtenant work.
