Garland County Election Commission Building Roof Replacement

BID NOTICE

Garland County will be accepting sealed bids for replacement of the Election Commission Building roof at 649A Ouachita Avenue, and replacement and/or repair of associated items, which were damaged by the ice storm of January 2026, to be opened at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Bids should be delivered to the Garland County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids must be sealed and returned to the County Judge’s Office and outside of envelope must be prominently marked as follows:

“Please Note:  We do not accept bids by fax or email.  They must be sealed, by mail or hand delivered.

Bid forms, specifications and instructions can be obtained from the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.  Only sealed bids will be accepted.

Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or a portion thereof.
