The project includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, removal and disposal of existing EPDM and Metal roofing systems, installation of new roof system and accessories, brick masonry repair, installation of new HVAC equipment and electrical system, and other work, appurtenances, and incidental items as set forth in the contract documents.
