This pre-solicitation notice is provided for informational purposes only, and no further action will be taken until the lapse in appropriations is resolved.

Updates regarding the solicitation, including its release date, will be posted on SAM.gov once normal government operations resume.

This solicitation is for the Garbage Collection and Disposal Services for U.S. Embassy Philippines.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year options, and one six-month option, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Government is planning a mandatory site visit and pre-quotation conference and the date for this site visit and conference will be in the solicitation.

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals.

This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer via email to ManilaContracting@state.gov prior to the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size should exceed the 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
